Abstract:【Objective】To explore the clinical efficacy of core muscle group exercise combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback and Kegel training on stress urinary incontinence (SUI) in middle-aged and elderly women. 【Methods】A total of 120 middle-aged and elderly SUI patients treated in the pelvic floor diagnosis and treatment center of Hunan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected in the study and randomly divided into the observation group (60 cases) and the control group (60 cases). Patients in both groups received electrical stimulation biofeedback treatment and Kegel training, while patients in the observation group were also given the core muscle group training simultaneously. The treatment efficiency, urinary incontinence quality of life questionnaire (I-QOL),pelvic floor muscle potential value, and pelvic floor muscle contraction strength were compared in the two groups before and after the treatment. 【Results】The treatment effective rate was 90.00% in the observation group and 75.00% in the control group; and the comparative efficacy differences of the two groups were significant (P<0.05). The muscle strength of class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ muscle fibers in the two groups were significantly improved compared to those before treatment. The I-QOL score was higher after treatment compared with that before treatment, and the value of the observed group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The intensity of pelvic floor muscle contraction in the two group was increased compared to that before treatment, and the observed group was increased higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Core muscle group exercise combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback and Kegel training can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of SUI in middle-aged and elderly women, and the exercise program is simple, practical and easy to promote clinically.
