Effect of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride Combined with Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy on Patients with Acute Severe Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

Abstract:【Objective】 To explore the therapeutic effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride combined with continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) in patients with acute and severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. 【Methods】 A total of 60 patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with penehyclidine hydrochloride, while the observation group was treated with CRRT on the basis of penehyclidine hydrochloride. 【Results】 The survival rate of the observation group (93.33%) was higher than that of the control group (80%) (P>0.05); the recovery time of recovery time and whole blood cholinesterase activity of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05); after treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in the two groups were significantly lower than those at admission (P<0.05), and the levels of CRP and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05) 【Conclusion】 Penehyclidine hydrochloride combined with CRRT has good curative effect in the treatment of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, which can effectively remove the inflammatory factors, shorten the recovery time of patients and the recovery time of whole blood cholinesterase activity, and improve the therapeutic effect.
