Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the levels and significance of chlamydia trachomatis (CT), ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu), secretory immunoglobulin (sIgA) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) in cervical secretions of patients with cervical erosion. 【Methods】A total of 110 patients with cervical erosion treated in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the observation group, and 60 healthy volunteers in the same time period were selected as the control group. Detection of CT and Uu infection, and levels of sIgA and IFN-γ in cervical secretions were detected. 【Results】 The infection rate of CT or Uu, and levels of sIgA and IFN-γ in cervical secretions of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the mixed infection rate of CT and Uu between the two groups (P>0.05). The infection rate of CT and Uu, and levels of sIgA and IFN-γ in cervical secretions of severe patients from the observation group were significantly higher than those from the mild and moderate patients (P<0.05); there was no difference in the mixed infection rate of CT and Uu between the mild to moderate patients and the severe patients (P>0.05). In the observation group, the levels of patients with sIgA and IFN-γ secretion and CT and Uu infection were significantly higher than those in non-pathogenic patients (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The infection rate of CT and Uu in cervical secretions of patients with cervical erosion increases, while the levels of sIgA and IFN-γ enhance, which are related to the severity of the disease.
