Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the efficacy and prognosis of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) interventional fusion therapy in patients with early stage femoral head necrosis. 【Methods】 A total of 118 patients with early stage femoral head necrosis who received treatment in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research subject. According to the different treatment methods, patients were divided into the observation group (n=68) and the control group (n=60). Patients in the observation group received DSA interventional fusion therapy, while patients in the control group received core decompression and bone grafting. The clinical efficacy and prognosis of patients in the two groups were analyzed and compared. 【Results】 Before treatment, there was no statistically significant differences of both Harris score for hip function and the pain index Ficat score between the two groups (P>0.05). After 6 months and 12 months of treatment, the Harris score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, while the Ficat pain index score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference with statistical significance (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 DSA interventional fusion therapy for the treatment of early stage femoral head necrosis can significantly improve the function of hip function and relieve pain symptoms, which shows a good prognosis and worthy clinical application.
