Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the characters of MRI and CT of orbital neurogenic tumors. 【Methods】 The clinical and imaging data of 53 patients with orbital neurogenic tumors admitted to our department from January 2013 to June 2017 were collected, the characteristics of MRI and CT were analyzed retrospectively. 【Results】 Among 53 cases of orbital neurogenic tumors, there were 18 cases of glioma, 15 cases of optic nerve sheath meningioma, 11 cases of neurilemmoma and 9 cases of neurofibroma. There were significant differences in age of onset, visual impairment, fundus compression T1WI and T2WI signal, sharp edge and calcification in the four kinds of tumors (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Neurogenic tumors are the most common orbital tumors, MRI and CT examination can show the location, size, shape, border, internal structure, calcification of tumor and its relationship with adjacent tissues, which is of great significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment plan formulation.
