Abstract：【Objective】 To investigate the clinical characteristics and survival status of patients with pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma (PSC). 【Methods】 The clinical data of 75 PSC patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed, and the clinical characteristics and survival status of PSC patients were analyzed. 【Results】 The main clinical symptoms were cough, hemoptysis, chest pain and chest tightness. TNM was divided into stage Ⅰ, stage Ⅱ, stage Ⅲ and stage IV. chest CT plain scan and enhanced scan showed that the tumor morphology was a single round or quasi round solid nodule or mass with an average diameter of (4.71±2.29) cm; there was no significant difference in the cumulative survival rate between patients with gender, age, smoking history, tumor location, surgery plus postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy, surgery alone, advanced radiotherapy and chemotherapy and no treatment; tumor size, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, TNM stage and early surgical treatment affected the cumulative survival rate.【Conclusion】 PSC has characteristic manifestations, the patient's survival status is poor, and the effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy is not ideal. Early surgical treatment can be implemented to benefit the patient's survival status.
