Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the effect of preoperative doxorubicin combined with cisplatin interventional chemotherapy on puma and survivin protein expression in lung cancer tissues. 【Methods】 A total of 88 patients with lung cancer in our hospital were enrolled in the study, who were divided into two groups randomly.The two groups received radical resection of lung cancer, while the observation group received preoperative interventional therapy with adriamycin and cisplatin.The expression levels of puma and survivin in tumor tissues were compared between the two groups before and after interventional therapy. The surgical related indexes were recorded and the 3-year survival rates were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The surgical pathology confirmed that the diameter of tumors in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, the stage of tumors in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant difference in operation time and the degree of differentiation between the two groups (P>0.05).The results of operation and pathology showed that the positive rate and expression level of puma protein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the positive rate and expression level of survivin protein in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The average 3-year survival time of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in 3-year survival rate between the two groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 The preoperative interventional therapy with adriamycin and cisplatin is helpful to reduce the clinical stage and prolong the survival time of patients with lung cancer, which may be related to the regulation of puma and survivin protein levels.
