Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the effect of three-dimensional laparoscopy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis with common bile duct stones and its influence on serum procalcitonin (PCT) and C-reactive protein (CRP).【Methods】 The clinical data of 72 patients with cholecystolithiasis complicated by common bile duct stones admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different surgical methods, the patients were divided into three-dimensional operation group (n=32) and two-dimensional operation group (n=40). The patients were treated with three-dimensional laparoscopy and traditional two-dimensional laparoscopy, respectively. The related indexes of operation, changes of serum PCT, PCR before and after operation, and the occurrence of complications and the recurrence of stones were compared between the two groups.【Results】The operation time and intraoperative bleeding volume in the three-dimensional group were significantly lower than those in the two-dimensional group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in abdominal drainage volume, drainage time and hospital stay between the two groups (P<0.05). The levels of serum PCT and CRP in the two groups were significantly higher than those before operation, while the levels of serum PCT and CRP in the two-dimensional group were higher than those in the three-dimensional group (P<0.05). Bile leakage occurred in 1 case in the 2D operation group and the incidence of complications was 2.5%. No complications were found in the 3D operation group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (χ2=0.013,P>0.05).【Conclusion】Compared with traditional 2-D laparoscopic surgery, 3D laparoscopy on cholecystolithiasis combined with common bile duct stones is more accurate, minimally invasive, and has lower inflammatory response, so it has better clinical application prospects.
