Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the effects of San Erkang tablet combined with ovulation tablet on endometrial receptive morphology, endometrial blood flow, serum estrogen and progesterone in patients with repeated implantation failure. 【Methods】 A total of 100 patients (<40 years old) who failed implantation repeatedly were treated with oral San Erkang tablets combined with ovulation stimulating hormone tablets for three months. The endometrial receptivity was evaluated before and after treatment. The evaluation indicators included: vaginal ultrasound to assess endometrial thickness and arterial blood flow on day 6~9 after ovulation, serum estrogen and progesterone levels measured by chemiluminescence assay and pinocytosis (pinopodes) of endometrial cells evaluated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) after vaginal ultrasound assessment. 【Results】 After three months of combined therapy, the number of pinopodes was greater than that before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the fully developed pinocytosis increased and the developmental and regressive pinocytosis decreased. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The level of estrogen and progesterone changed significantly after combined therapy (P<0.01). The thickness of endometrium was thicker than that before treatment (P<0. 05), and the PI and S / D values of uterine artery decreased (P<0. 05), but there was no significant difference in RI value. Compared to pre-treatment status, the estradiol (E2), uterine artery pulsatility index (PI) and the ratio of the maximum systolic velocity to the end-diastolic flow velocity (S/D) decreased. Meanwhile, the progesterone (P) and the thickness of the endometrium increased after treatment. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The difference of the resistance index (RI) was not statistically significant. 【Conclusion】 San Erkang tablet combined with ovulation stimulating hormone tablet improves the degree and richness of pinopodes development, stimulates the secretion of estrogen and progesterone, enhances the blood supply of the endometrium, and promotes the implantation window of endometrial receptivity in patients with repeated implantation failure.
