康复新液联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷、溶菌酶治疗小儿疱疹性口炎的临床疗效

摘要【目的】探讨康复新液联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷、溶菌酶治疗小儿疱疹性口炎的临床效果。【方法】选取2018年3月至2021年3月本院收治的68例疱疹性口炎患儿,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(采用常规治疗联合康复新液治疗)和对照组(采用常规治疗),两组均连续治疗1个疗程(5 d)。比较两组患者临床效果、体温恢复时间、疱疹消退时间、溃疡消失时间、炎症因子[高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]水平、免疫功能指标(CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD8⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺)及不良反应发生情况。【结果】观察组总有效率为97.06%,显著高于对照组的79.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组体温恢复时间、疱疹消退时间、溃疡消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-8及CD8⁺显著低于对照组(P<0.05),CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】康复新液可显著提高疱疹性口炎患儿的治疗效果,降低血清炎症因子水平,提高患儿机体免疫功能。

Abstract：【Objective】 To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with adenosine monophosphate and lysozyme in the treatment of herpes stomatitis in children.【Methods】 A total of 68 children with herpetic stomatitis admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected and divided into observation group (treated with conventional treatment combined with convalescent new solution) and control group (treated with conventional treatment) according to random number table method. Both groups were treated for 1 course of continuous treatment (5 days). The clinical effect, temperature recovery time, herpes resolution time, ulcer disappearance time, inflammatory factors [(hs-CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-8 (IL-8)] levels, immune function indexes (CD3⁺, CD4⁺, CD8⁺, CD4⁺/CD8⁺) and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups Should be the case. 【Results】The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%, significantly higher than that of the control group (79.41%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The temperature recovery time, herpes regression time and ulcer disappearance time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-8 and CD8⁺ in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and CD3⁺, CD4⁺ and CD4⁺/CD8⁺ were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).【Conclusion】Kangfuxin solution can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of children with herpetic stomatitis, reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors, and improve the immune function of children.
