Abstract:【Objective】 To explore the application value of left ventricular longitudinal long axis strain (GLS) in evaluating left ventricular diastolic function in hypertensive patients. 【Methods】 A total of 55 patients with primary hypertension who visited our outpatient department from June 2017 to November 2019 and were followed up were selected,and appropriate antihypertensive drugs were selected based on their initial blood pressure levels. Before treatment and one month after treatment,echocardiography was performed to record the patients' early diastolic peak velocity/early diastolic mitral annulus peak velocity (E/e '),early diastolic peak velocity/late diastolic peak velocity (E/A),e',GLS,Mean arterial pressure (MAP),pulse pressure (PP),left atrial volume index (LAVI),left ventricular mass index (LVMI),and left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP) through cardiac catheters,Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between LVEDP and other echocardiographic indicators.【Results】 After one month of treatment,SBP,DBP,PP,MAP,E/e ',GLS of hypertensive patients were lower than those before treatment,and e' was higher than those before treatment,with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After one month of antihypertensive treatment,the amplitude of changes in various indicators of cardiac echocardiography was tested using paired rank sum test. The results showed that the amplitude of changes in GLS was significantly higher than that in LAVI,e ',E/e',and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that LVEDP was significantly positively correlated with GLS and E/e '(P<0.05),while LVEDP was negatively correlated with e' (P<0.05). LVEDP was not significantly correlated with LAVI and E/A (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 GLS has a high value in evaluating left ventricular diastolic function in hypertensive patients after antihypertensive treatment.
