Abstract:【Objective】To analyze the clinical value of mobile medicine in the standardized management of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). 【Methods】A total of 120 GDM patients admitted to Beijing Pinggu District Hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine GDM standardized management, while the observation group was added with WeChat-based mobile medical management. The management effect, pregnancy outcome and delivery outcome of the two groups were compared. 【Results】Two weeks and 4 weeks after management, the Fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG) of the two groups were lower than before the management. The FPG and 2hPG compliance rates were higher than before the management. Both the 2hPG compliance rate after 2 weeks of management and the FPG and 2hPG compliance rates after 4 weeks of management in the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of preeclampsia, the rate of cesarean section and the total time of labor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of hypoglycemia in newborns of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The application of mobile medicine in the standardized management of GDM can significantly improve the effect of blood glucose control, improve the outcome of pregnancy and delivery.
