归脾汤联合脑循环治疗仪治疗老年轻度认知功能障碍患者的疗效

摘要 【目的】探讨归脾汤联合脑循环治疗仪治疗老年轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)患者的疗效。【方法】选取2024年11月至2025年7月青浦区中医医院收治的40例老年MCI患者,随机分为对照组(接受归脾汤治疗)和观察组(接受归脾汤联合脑循环治疗仪治疗),每组20例。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医症状积分、精神状态简易智力量表(MMSE)评分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分及日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分。【结果】观察组临床有效率(100.00%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医症状各项积分均低于治疗前,MMSE、MoCA、ADL评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组中医症状各项积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),MMSE、MoCA、ADL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】归脾汤联合脑循环治疗仪治疗老年MCI患者的效果较好,可显著改善患者的认知功能、中医临床症状,提高日常生活能力。

Abstract：【Objective】 To investigate the efficacy of Guipi Decoction combined with a cerebral circulation therapeutic device in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in the elderly. 【Methods】 A total of 40 elderly patients with MCI admitted to our hospitals from November 2024 to July 2025 were randomly divided into a control group (treated with Guipi Decoction) and an observation group (treated with Guipi Decoction combined with a cerebral circulation therapeutic device), with 20 cases in each group. Clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptom scores, Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) scores, Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) scores, and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) scores were evaluated before and after treatment. 【Results】 The overall effective rate in the observation group (100.00%) which was higher than that in the control group (80.00%) (P<0.05). After treatment, TCM symptom scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment, while MMSE, MoCA, and ADL scores were higher than those before treatment. Furthermore, the scores for all TCM symptoms in the observation group showed even lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the MMSE, MoCA, and ADL scores were higher than those the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Guipi Decoction combined with a cerebral circulation therapeutic device can significantly improve cognitive function and TCM clinical symptoms in elderly patients with MCI, and enhance their activities of daily living.
