Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the effect of Baduanjin combined with advancing resistance exercise on pulmonary rehabilitation and exercise endurance in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients.【Methods】A total of 86 patients with stable COPD treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group (using Baduanjin intervention) and observation group (using advancing resistance exercise on the basis of control group) according to random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.【Results】After intervention, forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) and FEV1/FVC in both groups were higher than before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of exercise endurance and daily living ability in two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of respiratory status and severity of disease in two groups were lower than before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).【Conclusion】Baduanjin combined with advanced resistance exercise intervention in stable COPD patients can significantly reduce the severity of the patients' disease, improve the patients' respiratory status and lung function, and improve the patients' exercise endurance, which is worthy of popularization and application.
