Abstract:【Objective】To explore the effect of nutritional risk grading intervention on the nutritional status of patients with cirrhosis. 【Methods】A total of 86 patients with liver cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into the control group (receiving routine nutritional intervention measures) and the observation group (receiving nutritional risk grading intervention measures on the basis of the control group) using a random number table method, with 43 patients in each group. The levels of serum albumin (ALB), total protein (TP), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) were compared between two groups before and after intervention, and the incidence of complications was compared between the two groups of patients. 【Results】After intervention, the serum levels of ALB and TP in both groups of patients were higher than before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). After intervention, the serum levels of AST and ALT in both groups of patients were lower than before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Nutritional risk grading intervention measures can help improve the nutritional status and liver function of patients with cirrhosis, and reduce the incidence of complications.
