Abstract:【Objective】To investigate and analyze the willingness, cognition and training status of nurses to carry out Internet + nursing services. 【Methods】 A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 16 299 nursing staff in 32 first, second and third level hospitals in China by using self-designed questionnaires. 【Result】Among 16 299 nursing staff, 86.3% thought it was necessary to carry out Internet plus nursing services, and 87.3% were willing to carry out Internet plus nursing services. There was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05) in the willingness of nursing staff in different levels of hospitals to carry out Internet plus nursing services. There was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05) between the different levels of hospital nursing staff in terms of which model they most needed to adopt to carry out Internet plus nursing services, the way of formulating service transportation fees and the standards of charging fees. There was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) in the necessity of conducting relevant training and whether nursing staff from different levels of hospitals had received such training. 【Conclusion】Nurses in hospitals of different levels are willing to carry out Internet plus nursing services, but Internet plus nursing service development mode, fee collection, home service training and other aspects need to be strengthened.
