Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the effect of low frequency transcranial repetitive stimulation combined with perceptual reminder therapy on cognitive function and memory recovery in patients with frontal lobe injury.【Methods】A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 71 patients with frontal lobe injury admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to September 2021. They were divided into observation group (n=36) and control group (n=35) according to different treatment methods. The control group received perceptual reminder intervention therapy, while the observation group received low frequency transcranial repetitive stimulation intervention therapy on this basis. The montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) was used to assess cognitive function in both groups after intervention, and RBMT-Ⅱ behavioral memory detection second edition was used to assess memory. Cognitive function and memory were compared between the two groups after intervention.【Results】Abstract ability, directional ability, attention, memory, language function, naming ability, visual space and executive space scores, as well as total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The RBMT-Ⅱ score of the observation group after intervention was (21.03±1.16) scores, while that of the control group was (18.43±1.21) scores. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=9.24, P<0.05).【Conclusion】 In patients with frontal lobe injury, the application of low frequency transcranial repetitive stimulation intervention therapy on the basis of perceptual reminder therapy can effectively improve cognitive function and promote memory recovery, which has clinical promotion value.
