Abstract:【Objective】To investigate wingless integrin(Wnt10B) and β Catenin( β- Expression of catenin) in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and its clinical significance.【Methods】Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Wnt10B and β-catenin protein in 19 cases of normal cervix, 27 cases of cervical precancerous lesions and 50 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma,the positive expression of the three terms were compared and the correlation of Wnt10B and β-catenin with clinicopathological features were analyzed. 【Results】The positive expression rate of Wnt10B was 36.84%(7/19) in normal cervical tissue, 66.67%(18/27) in CIN tissues, and 94.00%(47/50) in cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=25.381, P<0.05). The positive expression rate of β-catenin was 52.63%(10/19) in normal cervical tissues, 74.07%(20/27) in CIN tissues, and 90.00%(45/50) in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=11.611, P<0.05). The positive expression of Wnt10B and β-catenin were significantly correlated with the depth of invasion, stage and differentiation of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. 【Conclusion】The expression of Wnt10B and β-catenin in cervical lesions increased gradually with the progression of lesions, and the expression of both was positively correlated, suggesting that both are involved in the occurrence and progression of tumors.
