Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the prognostic value of expression of LncRNA MINCR in patients with decompensated cirrhosis. 【Methods】 From January 2017 to January 2018, 120 patients with decompensated cirrhosis were selected and divided into survival group and death group according to the follow-up survival status. The relative expression of LncRNA MINCR was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between LncRNA MINCR and the clinical characteristics of patients with cirrhosis. ROC was used to analyze the diagnostic performance of each index for the prognosis of decompensated cirrhosis. Cox regression analysis was used to analyze the independent risk factors influencing the prognosis of patients. 【Results】 Pearson analysis showed that the expression level of LncRNA MINCR was positively correlated with TBIL, INR, CTP and MELD (P<0.05), but not with ALB, Cr and Na (P>0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the best critical point of LncRNA MINCR for predicting death in patients with cirrhosis was 2.32, the sensitivity was 96.71%, the specificity was 90.50%, and the area under AUC curve was 0.973. Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that LncRNA MINCR was an independent risk factor for death in decompensated cirrhosis (HR:1.13;95%CI:1.07-1.19). 【Conclusion】 LncRNA MINCR has a certain value in judging the condition and prognosis of patients with decompensated cirrhosis. The method is simple and easy to use, which is worth popularizing.
