Abstract：【Objective】 To investigate the technique of intact mesenteric separation in laparoscopic appendectomy. 【Methods】 The data of 450 patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy from July 2016 to July 2018 were collected in our hospital, to summarize and analyze the operation time, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative complications, and hospital stays. 【Results】 All 450 patients successfully were completed by laparoscopic appendectomy under the intact mesangial separation technique. The operation time was 25-90min, with an average of 35min. The intraoperative bleeding was 0-10mL. The hospitalization time was 3-6 days. There were 6 cases of postoperative wound infection, and no stump fistula, abdominal abscess, postoperative bleeding and other complications occurred,the patients were followed up for 1-3 years, and no adhesive ileus occurred. 【Conclusion】 The intact mesentery separation technique is safe and effective, which can be applied in clinical practice.
