Abstract：【Objective】To investigate the effect of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-α) combined with Guizhi Fuling pills on the improvement of basic hormones and ovarian reserve function in patients with ovarian endometriosis cysts after laparoscopy. 【Methods】A total of patients with endometriosis cysts treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects. The patients in each group were randomly divided into control group (n=53) and observation group (n=53). Both groups received laparoscopic surgery. The control group was treated with GnRH-α after operation while the observation group was treated with GnRH-α combined with Guizhi Fuling Pill after operation. The course of treatment in both groups was 6 months. The basic hormones, ovarian reserve function, dysmenorrhea, sexual intercourse pain, pelvic pain and other Kupperman scores and VAS scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. 【Results】The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (92.45% vs73.58%, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of basic hormones between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the expression of follicular stimulating hormone (FSH) in two groups was increased while the expression of E2 and LH (LH) were decreased with statistical significance (P<0.05). The expression of E2,LH and FSH in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in ovarian reserve function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the expression of anti-Muller tube hormone (AMH) decreased, the number of ovarian basal sinus follicles increased, and the peak (PSV) of ovarian stroma artery blood flow did not change significantly (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the number of AFC in the control group after treatment (P>0.05), The levels of AMH and PSV were significantly decreased (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups in dysmenorrhea, sexual intercourse pain and pelvic pain. After 6 months of treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】GnRH-α combined with Guizhi Fuling Pill is effective in improving laparoscopic surgery in patients with ovarian Endometriosis cysts. It can regulate the level of sex hormones, improve ovarian reserve function.It is worthy of clinical application.
