Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the levels of serum thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), nitric oxide (NO) and serum amyloid A (SAA) in patients with dermatitis and eczema. 【Methods】A total of 77 patients with dermatitis and eczema who were treated in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 80 healthy volunteers were enrolled as the control group. Serum levels of TSLP, NO and SAA were measured and compared between the two groups. 【Results】The levels of serum TSLP, NO and SAA in the observation group were (32.28±9.28) pg/mL, (81.13±20.15)μmol/L and (13.28±1.82) ng/mL,respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in serum TSLP, NO and SAA levels among patients with contact dermatitis, eczema and neurodermatitis within the observation group (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum TSLP, NO and SAA in the observation group were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05); And levels of TSLP,NO and SAA in patients who showed effectiveness to the treatment were significantly lower than those who were ineffective(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The serum levels of TSLP, NO and SAA in patients with dermatitis and eczema are significantly increased, which may be related to the therapeutic effect.
