Abstract：[Objective]To explore the distribution of common allergens in pitch test for 430 patients with dermatitis and eczema.[Methods]A total of 430 patients wit dermatitis and eczema were chosen.Ruimin patch test reagent was used for allergen test.The result of allergens was analyzed.[Results]The most common aller-gens of patients with dermatitis and eczema were cobalt chloride,nickel sulfate,potassium dichromate,Kappa mixtures and aromatic mixture.[Conclusion]At present,heavy metal compound such as cobalt chloride and aromatic organic compound are the main allergens of dermatitis and eczema.
