Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the prognostic value of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAl C), soluble growth stimulating gene 2 protein (sST2), N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT- proBNP) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). 【Methods】 The clinical data of 70 patients with ACS admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected. All patients were taken blood on the day of admission to detect the levels of serum HbA1c, sST2 and NT-proBNP. According to the severity of the disease, the patients were divided into single vessel disease group, double vessel disease group and three vessel disease group. The levels of serum HbA1c, sST2 and NT-proBNP in the three groups were compared, and the relationship between the three serum indexes and the severity of ACS was observed. According to the prognosis, the patients were divided into good prognosis group and poor prognosis group. The levels of serum HbA1c, sST2 and NT-proBNP were compared between the two groups, and the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was drawn to analyze the predictive value of each index for poor prognosis.【Results】 The levels of HbA1c, sST2 and NT-proBNP in the three vessel disease group were higher than those in the single vessel disease group and the double vessel disease group, and the indexes in the double vessel disease group were higher than those in the single vessel disease group (P<0.05). The levels of HbA1c, sST2 and NT-proBNP in poor prognosis group were significantly higher than those in good prognosis group (P<0.05). The area under the curve of serum HbA1c, sST2 and NT-proBNP in predicting poor prognosis of ACS patients were 0.748, 0.666 and 0.664, respectively. Taking HbA1c>5.675 mmol/L, sST2 >24.195 ng/mL, NT-proBNP>666.725 ng/L as cut-off values, patients had a high risk of poor prognosis. 【Conclusion】 With the severity of ACS, serum HbA1c, sST2 and NT-proBNP levels are higher, and the three have a certain predictive value for the poor prognosis of patients.
