知信行健康教育对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者自我管理能力及生活质量的影响

摘要【目的】探讨知信行健康教育对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者自我管理能力及生活质量的影响。【方法】选择2018年7月至2018年12月收治的COPD患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予包括心理干预、用药指导、康复训练、并发症预防、随访等在内的常规护理干预及健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用知信行健康教育。随访6个月,比较两组患者知信行水平、自我管理能力、生活质量等指标。【结果】观察组患者知识评分(12.65±1.24)、信念评分(68.45±5.74)、行为评分(43.64±6.32)明显高于对照组(t=5.443, 3.400, 3.327, P<0.05);症状管理评分(32.45±5.23)、日常生活管理评分(45.32±6.21)、自我效能管理评分(35.45±5.42)明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=3.213, 2.487, 3.315, P<0.05);症状评分(45.12±6.23)、活动能力评分(51.36±7.32)、疾病对日常生活的影响评分(47.72±6.25)明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.631, 5.180, 4.151, P<0.05)。【结论】知信行健康教育有助于提高COPD稳定期患者知信行水平,促进自我管理能力的养成,改善患者生活质量。
