Abstract：【Objective】 To explore the effect of nurse led rehabilitation training on mental state, clinical symptoms and quality of life of inpatients with schizophrenia.【Methods】 Seventy patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with medication and psychological nursing. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training guidance, while the observation group was given rehabilitation training guided by nurses on the basis of the control rehabilitation training guidance. The psychological status, clinical symptoms and quality of life of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared, and their compliance with nursing work was compared.【Results】 After the intervention, HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After the intervention, the scores of lack of vitality, anxiety and depression, activation, thinking disorder and hostile suspicion of the two groups were lower than before intervention, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After the intervention, the scores of psychosocial, dynamic/energetic and symptom/adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment and nursing compliance rate of the observation group was 94.29% (33/35), which was significantly higher than 77.14% (27/35) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=8.018,P=0.025<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The nursing led rehabilitation training intervention for inpatients with schizophrenia can effectively alleviate the bad psychological state of patients, and it is also of great significance in improving the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
