摘要【目的】探讨基于信息-知识-信念-行为(IKAP)模式健康教育对采用新辅助化疗乳腺癌患者应对方式及癌因性疲乏的影响。【方法】本院收治的乳腺癌新辅助化疗患者101例,随机分为两组,对照组给予患者常规健康教育,观察组给予IKAP模式健康教育。随访6个月,比较两组患者应对方式、癌因性疲乏和并发症发生情况。【结果】两组均实际完成研究46例。观察组患者面对评分明显高于,屈服评分明显低于对照组 (P<0.05);观察组行为、情感、感知、认知等癌因性疲乏维度评分明显低于对照组(均 P<0.05);观察组术后恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制、皮肤过敏等发生率明显低于对照组(8.70% vs 28.26%, 10.87% vs 28.26%, 6.52% vs 21.74%,均 P<0.05)。【结论】基于IKAP模式的健康教育有助于促进乳腺癌新辅助化疗患者积极应对行为的养成,缓解癌因性疲乏程度,减少化疗相关并发症的发生。
