乳腺癌组织中BRAC1、DIAPH-3蛋白的表达及其意义

摘要 目的】探讨乳腺癌组织中乳腺癌易患基因1(BRAC1)、DIAPH-3蛋白的表达及其意义。【方法】采用免疫组化染色技术对本院病理科收集的92例乳腺癌组织(观察组)、46例癌旁组织标本(对照组)。对比两组标本中的DIAPH-3蛋白、BRAC1蛋白阳性表达率,并分析不同TNM分期、淋巴结转移、肿瘤病灶直径、脉管浸润程度、组织学分级患者中的DIAPH-3蛋白、BRAC1蛋白表达程度。【结果】乳腺癌组中的DIAPH-3蛋白、BRAC1蛋白阳性表达率分别为45.65%(42/92)、67.39%(62/92),癌旁组则分别为84.78%(39/46)、15.22%(7/46),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同TNM分期、是否淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组中的DIAPH-3蛋白阳性表达率组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同TNM分期、是否淋巴结转移、不同肿瘤分化程度的乳腺癌组中的BRAC1蛋白阳性表达率组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】乳腺癌组织中的DIAPH-3蛋白表达下调、BRAC1蛋白表达上调,并且与肿瘤的发生、发展关系密切。

Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the expression and significance of breast cancer susceptibility gene 1 (BRAC1) and DIAPH-3 protein in breast cancer.【Methods】Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect 92 cases of breast cancer (observation group) and 46 cases of paracancerous tissue specimens (control group). The positive expression rates of DIAPH-3 protein and BRAC1 protein in two groups were compared, and the expression levels of DIAPH-3 protein and BRAC1 protein in patients with different TNM stages, lymph node metastasis, tumor lesion diameter, vascular invasion, histological grade were analyzed. 【Results】The positive rates of DIAPH-3 protein and BRAC1 protein in the breast cancer group were 45.65% (42/92) and 67.39% (62/92), respectively, while those in the paracancerous group were 84.78% (39/46) and 15.22% (7/46), respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The positive expression rates of DIAPH-3 protein in breast cancer patients with different TNM stages and lymph node metastasis were significantly different (P<0.05). The positive expression rate of BRAC1 protein in breast cancer patients with different TNM stages, lymph node metastasis and tumor differentiation was significantly different (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The down-regulation of DIAPH-3 and up-regulation of BRAC1 in breast cancer are closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor .
