Abstract：【Objective】To investigate the effect of midazolam combined with remifentanil on anesthesia and hemodynamics in patients with spinal fractures. 【Methods】 Eighty-four patients with vertebral fracture treated in our hospital from June 2016 to February 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 42 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with midazolam injection, while the observation group was anesthetized with remifentanil on the basis of the control group. The anesthetic effect, hemodynamics and incidence of anesthetic complications were compared between the two groups.【Results】 Respiratory recovery, eye opening, directional recovery, extubation time and postoperative pain scores in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05); heart rate and mean arterial pressure at extubation time (T1) and 5 min (T2) were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of respiratory depression, restlessness, dizziness, headache, ataxia and sleepiness after anesthesia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 Midazolam injection combined with remifentanil for patients with spinal fracture can obtain good anesthetic effect, hemodynamics is relatively stable, and anesthesia safety is high, which is worthy of popularization and application.
