Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the effects of structured psychological nursing on psychological stress response and sleep quality in emergency patients. 【Methods】A total of 112 patients in the emergency department from January 2018 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention including life weight monitoring, therapeutic nursing, general psychological nursing, etc., while the treatment group combined with structural psychological nursing intervention. The psychological stress response and sleep quality of the two groups of emergency patients were compared. 【Results】The emotional response and physical response scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the behavioral response score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The main sleep quality, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance, and daytime dysfunction scores were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Structural psychological nursing can help alleviate the emotional response and physical response of patients in emergency department, promote behavioral changes and improve the quality of sleep.
