Effect of Cooperative Nursing Combined with Psychological Intervention on Self- Nursing Ability and Negative Emotion and Quality of Life in First-episode Stroke Patients

Abstract：【Objective】To analyze the effect of collaborative nursing combined with psychological intervention on self-care ability, negative emotions and quality of life in patients with first stroke, and to explore its clinical application value.【Methods】A total of 150 cases of first stroke patients admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to May 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 75 cases in each group. The changes of self-nursing ability, negative emotion and quality of life were compared before and after the intervention of the two groups, and the clinical application value of cooperative nursing combined with psychological intervention was summarized.【Results】After 3 months' intervention, the scores and total scores of the ESCA scale in the two groups were all higher than those before the intervention. After 3 months' intervention, the ESCA score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 3 months' intervention, the HAMA scores and HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention. After 3 months' intervention, the HAMA scores and HAMD scores in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 3 months' intervention, the SF-36 scale scores of the two groups were all higher than those before the intervention. After 3 months' intervention, the scores of SF-36 scale in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).【Conclusion】Cooperative nursing combined with psychological intervention can effectively improve the self-care ability, improve the negative emotions and quality of life of the first stroke patients, and is worthy of wide application.
