醒脾养儿颗粒联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌胶囊、赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗小儿厌食症的临床效果

摘要【目的】醒脾养儿颗粒联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌胶囊、赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗小儿厌食症的临床效果。【方法】选取2019年10月至2020年6月西安高新医院收治的112例厌食症患儿,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组56例。对照组给予双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌胶囊、赖氨葡锌颗粒,观察组在对照组的基础上给予醒脾养儿颗粒。比较两组疗效、不良反应发生情况,并比较两组治疗前后血清锌(Zn)水平,食欲调节因子[胃动素(MTL)、P物质(SP)]水平及体重、身高。【结果】观察组总有效率为96.43%(54/56),高于对照组的82.14%(46/54),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿血清Zn、MTL、SP水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿体重高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿身高与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗过程中均未见不良反应,患儿耐受性良好。【结论】醒脾养儿颗粒联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌胶囊、赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗小儿厌食症效果较好,可有效调节血清Zn、食欲调节因子水平,对促进生长、发育具有重要作用。

Abstract：【Objective】To investigate the clinical effect of Xingpi Yanger granules combined with bifid triple viable capsules and lysine glucozinc granules in the treatment of anorexia. 【Methods】A total of 112 children with anorexia who were admitted to Xi'an Gaoxin Hospital from October 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, with 56 cases in each group. The control group was given bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable capsules and lysine glucozinc granules, and the observation group was given Xingpi Yanger Granules on the basis of the control group. The curative effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups, and the levels of serum zinc (Zn), appetite regulating factors [motilin (MTL), substance P (SP)], body weight and height before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. 【Results】The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.43% (54/56), which was higher than 82.14% (46/54) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of Zn, MTL and SP in the two groups were higher than those before treatment; and the observation group was higher than the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in height between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). However, the weight of the two groups of children was higher than that before treatment. The weight in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment, and the children were well tolerated. 【Conclusion】Xingpi Yanger granules combined with bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable capsules and lysine glucozinc granules have very good effect in the treatment of children with anorexia, which can effectively regulate the levels of serum Zn and appetite regulating factors, and play an important role in promoting growth and development.
