Abstract:【Objective】To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of thyroglobulin antibody (TgAb) and thyrotropin receptor antibody (TRAb) in thyroid cancer.【Methods】 A total of 85 patients with thyroid cancer were included in the observation group, and 92 patients with benign thyroid lesions served as the control group. Basic clinical data, imaging results, and serum levels of thyroglobulin (TG), thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), TgAb, and TRAb were compared between the two groups. Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors for thyroid cancer. The diagnostic value of TgAb and TRAb was assessed using the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve.【Results】 In the observation group, the proportions of patients with irregular tumor morphology, aspect ratio ≥1, microcalcifications, blurred margins, and hypoechoic patterns on imaging, as well as higher peak systolic velocity (PSV) and resistance index (RI), were significantly greater than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of TG, TSH, TgAb, and TRAb were also significantly higher in the observation group (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis indicated that imaging features, TG, TSH, TgAb, and TRAb were all significant risk factors for thyroid cancer (P<0.05). The ROC curve analysis showed that the combined detection of TgAb and TRAb had an area under the curve (AUC) of 0.926, indicating high diagnostic accuracy.【Conclusion】 Combined detection of TgAb and TRAb has significant value in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer.
