Abstract:【Objective】To explore the effect of family-friendly interactive nursing on maternal role adaptability of primipara parturient . 【Methods】Forty primiparas who delivered in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 (the control group, with conventional nursing intervention) and 40 primiparas who delivered in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 (the observation group with affectionate family-friendly interactive nursing intervention) were selected. The scores of childbirth Attitude Questionnaire (CAQ), maternal role adaptation and breastfeeding self-efficacy (CBSEI-32) were compared between the two groups. 【Results】After intervention, the CAQ individual scores and CAQ total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The rate of maternal role adaptability in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The individual and total scores of CBSEI-32 in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Family-friendly interactive nursing for parturient primipara parturient can improve the attitude towards childbirth, increase the rate of maternal role adaptation and improve breast-feeding self-efficacy, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
