Effect of Omeprazole Combined with Clarithromycin and Metronidazole in the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Associated Gastritis in Children on the Level of Inflammatory Factors and Immune Function

Abstract：【Objective】 To investigate the effect of omeprazole combined with clarithromycin and metronidazole in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis in children on the level of inflammatory factors and immune function.【Methods】 Eighty children with Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with omeprazole + amoxicillin + metronidazole, and the observation group was treated with omeprazole + clarithromycin + metronidazole. The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed.【Results】 The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00% (38/40), which was significantly higher than 77.50% (31 / 40) of the control group (χ2=5.165,P=0.023<0.05). The disappearance time of abdominal pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The eradication rate of HP in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (χ2=1.829, P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3+ , CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of CD8+ in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the level of serum TGF-β in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the serum levels of sIL-2R, IL-17 and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 Omeprazole combined with clarithromycin and metronidazole in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis in children has significant effect, which can reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve the immune function.
