Abstract:【Objective】To explore the CT image and clinical characteristics of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with asthma. 【Methods】From June 2015 to June 2018, 60 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with asthma were selected as the observation group and 60 patients with simple tuberculosis as the control group. The clinical characteristics, Th1 / Th2 cytokine levels in peripheral blood and CT imaging characteristics of the two groups were compared.. 【Results】The proportion of chest pain and hoarseness in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of IFN-γ, IL-2, Th1, Th2 and Th1 / Th2 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the levels of IL-6 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). CT showed that pleural depression sign, bronchial wall thickening, atelectasis, spinous process protrusions, tuberculosis cavity, tree bud sign and bronchiectasis were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The CT imaging findings of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and asthma were patchy blurred high-density image with increased fiber growth and tissue brightness around the lesion. Patients with bronchial wall thickening, pleural depression sign, spinous process, atelectasis, tuberculosis cavity should pay close attention to the occurrence of asthma.
