Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the effect of Qingyi Decoction on serum interleukin-6 (IL-6), IL-10, tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), amylase (Amy), calcium ion (Ca2+) and pancreatic histopathological score in rats with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). 【Methods】Thirty healthy SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (SO Group), SAP Group and SAP Qingyi Decoction treatment group (QYT Group). In the SO Group, the model of sap was established by retrograde injection of 5% sodium taurocholate (1 mg/kg). 24 hours after the model was established, three groups of rats were re opened to observe the ascites, saponification spots in the abdominal cavity and the general morphological changes of the pancreas. The serum levels of Amy, Ca2+, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 were measured, and the pathological scores of the pancreas were made. 【Results】The SAP Group showed hyperemia, edema, necrosis and lamellar hemorrhage of the whole pancreas; the QYT Group showed hyperemia, edema, punctate hemorrhage and necrosis of the whole pancreas, the SO Group did not see the above changes. Serum TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10, Amy and pathological scores in the Qingyi Decoction Group were significantly lower than those in the SAP Group (P<0.05), but higher than those in the so Group (P<0.05). The serum calcium concentration of the Qingyi Decoction Group was significantly higher than that of the SAP Group (P<0.05), and lower than that of the SO Group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Qingyi decoction can reduce the release of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10 inflammatory factors in serum, reduce the hemorrhage and necrosis of pancreatic tissue, and play a certain therapeutic role.
