Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the correlation between autotaxin (ATX),RDW-to-Platelet Ratio,RPR (RPR),microRNA-122 (miR-122),and liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB). 【Methods】 A total of 64 CHB patients admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the study subjects. According to Scheuer's grading criteria, they were divided into a non fibrosis group (S0 grade,n=12),a mild fibrosis group (S1-S2 grade,n=27),and a moderate to severe fibrosis group (S3-S4 grade,n=25). The levels of serum ATX,RPR,miR-122,liver fibrosis indicators [hyaluronic acid (HA),laminin (LN),N-terminal peptide of type Ⅲ procollagen (PⅢP),Ⅳ collagen (Ⅳ-C)],and liver hardness were compared among each group. We analyzed the correlation between serum indicators and liver fibrosis indicators, liver hardness, and their diagnostic value for liver fibrosis.【Results】Compared with the non fibrosis group, the levels of serum ATX and RPR in the mild fibrosis group and the moderate to severe fibrosis group increased, while the levels of HA,LN,P Ⅲ P,Ⅳ-C,and liver hardness increased. The expression of miR-122 decreased (P<0.05),and the differences in various indicators between the mild fibrosis group and the moderate to severe fibrosis group were statistically significant (P<0.05). ATX and RPR were positively correlated with HA,LN,PⅢP,Ⅳ-C,and liver hardness (P<0.05),while miR-122 was negatively correlated with HA,LN,PⅢP,Ⅳ-C,and liver hardness (P<0.05). The AUC of ATX,RPR,and miR-122 combined detection for liver fibrosis was higher than that of single detection (P<0.05); The risk of liver fibrosis in patients with high expression of ATX and RPR was 1.604 times and 1.738 times higher than that in patients with low expression (P<0.05),respectively. The risk of liver fibrosis in patients with low expression of miR-122 was 1.887 times higher than that in patients with high expression (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 As the degree of liver fibrosis worsens in CHB patients,ATX and RPR increase, while miR-122 expression decreases, which is related to liver fibrosis indicators and liver hardness, and has important diagnostic value for the occurrence of liver fibrosis.
