多种肿瘤标志物联合检测对卵巢癌术后复发的早期诊断价值

Abstract 【Objective】To explore the value of combined detection of multiple tumor markers in the early diagnosis of postoperative recurrence of ovarian cancer. 【Methods】A total of 104 patients with ovarian cancer suspected of recurrence in the pelvic and abdominal cavity who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the research subject. Serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) was determined by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay. Levels of carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), carbohydrate antigen 199 (CA199) and serum human epididymal protein 4 (HE4) were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The ROC curve was used to calculate the area under the curve (AUC) and to analyze the diagnostic value of the independent and combined detection of serum CEA, HE4, CA125, and CA199 for the recurrence of ovarian cancer. 【Results】Of 104 patients with suspected pelvic and abdominal cavity recurrence, a total of 80 patients were confirmed pathologically with pelvic and abdominal cavity recurrence, and 24 patients did not relapse. CEA, CA125, and CA199 levels of patients with pelvic and abdominal cavity recurrence were higher than those of non-recurring patients (P<0.05). The AUC of the combined detection of recurrence and metastasis of ovarian cancer was 0.950, the sensitivity was 95.71%, the specificity was 80.00%, and the positive likelihood ratio was 4.79, which was significantly higher than the single detection of each index (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The combined detection of serum CEA, HE4, CA125, and CA199 can effectively improve the diagnosis rate and has very important diagnostic significance for early recurrence of ovarian cancer.
