分娩球自由体位干预联合LK妊娠及分娩基础按摩程式干预在足月初产妇助产中的应用效果

摘要【目的】探讨分娩球自由体位干预联合LK妊娠及分娩基础按摩程式在足月初产妇助产中的应用效果。【方法】选取2023年2月至8月在本院分娩的60例足月初产妇,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用分娩球自由体位干预,观察组采用分娩球自由体位干预联合LK妊娠及分娩基础按摩程式干预,比较两组产程时间、产痛[疼痛评级指数(pain rating index,PRI)、视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)、现时疼痛强度(present pain intensity,PPI)]、不良事件发生率及产妇对护理的满意度。【结果】干预后,观察组产妇第一产程、第二产程、第三产程时间及总产程时间短于对照组,PRI、VAS、PPI评分低于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇对护理的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】分娩球自由体位干预联合LK妊娠及分娩基础按摩程式能有效缩短产程,减轻产痛,降低不良事件发生率,提升产妇对护理的满意度。

Abstract：【Objective】To explore the application effect of birth ball free position intervention combined with LK Pregnancy and Childbirth Basic Massage Program in midwifery for term primiparas. 【Methods】A total of 60 term primiparas who delivered in our hospital from February to August 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received birth ball free position intervention, while the observation group received birth ball free position intervention combined with LK Pregnancy and Childbirth Basic Massage Program. The labor duration, labor pain [Pain Rating Index (PRI), Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Present Pain Intensity (PPI)], incidence of adverse events, and maternal satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups. 【Results】After intervention, the duration of the first stage, second stage, third stage, and total labor of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group; the PRI, VAS, and PPI scores were lower than those of the control group; the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group; all differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The maternal satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).【Conclusion】Birth ball free position intervention combined with LK Pregnancy and Childbirth Basic Massage Program can effectively shorten labor duration, reduce labor pain, lower the incidence of adverse events, and improve maternal satisfaction with nursing care.
