Abstract:【Objective】To explore the influence of perioperative nursing intervention on the prevention of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities after cesarean section. 【Methods】A total of 100 parturients who underwent cesarean section and were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The coagulation function, platelet level, recovery condition and lower extremity circumference of the two groups of parturients were compared. 【Results】After the intervention, the prothrombin time (PT), D-dimer (D-D) level, fibrinogen (Fbg) level and platelet count (PLT) in the observation group were all better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group. The time of first getting out of bed, the time of first anal exhaust, and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After the intervention, the 15 cm diameter above the patellar and the 10 cm diameter below the patellar in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Implementing perioperative nursing for parturients undergoing cesarean section can prevent deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities, improve the coagulation function indicators of parturients, promote the recovery of parturients, and improve prognosis. It is worthy of promotion and application.
