Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the application of a feedforward-control-based intervention model in patients under general anesthesia.【Methods】A total of 110 patients undergoing general anesthesia were randomly divided into the control group (n=55) and the observation group (n=55). The control group received conventional anesthesia, while the observation group received anesthesia intervention based on feedforward control. Both groups were intervened for 24 hours. The anesthesia conditions, vital signs at 3 minutes and 30 minutes after recovery, and adverse reactions during the intervention were compared between the two groups.【Results】After the intervention, the total incidence of agitation during the recovery period in the observation group was 7.28%, which was lower than the 21.81% in the control group (P<0.05). The observation group showed shorter times for extubation, recovery of orientation, staying in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), restoration of spontaneous breathing, and eye-opening compared to the control group (P<0.05). The levels of consciousness, limb activity, airway patency, and total recovery quality score in the observation group were significantly higher in the control group (P<0.05). At 30 minutes after recovery, the systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), and heart rate (HR) in both groups were lower than those at 3 minutes after recovery (P<0.05), with the observation group showing lower values compared to the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions during the intervention was 10.91% in the observation group, which was lower than the 34.55% in the control group (P<0.05).【Conclusion】The feedforward-control-based intervention model used in general anesthesia improves the recovery quality of patients, promotes the restoration of various physiological functions and vital signs after anesthesia, reduces the incidence of adverse reactions and recovery period agitation, and has higher safety.
