Abstract：【Objective】To investigate the clinical effect of musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided precision intervention combined with massage in the treatment of post-stroke patients with shoulder pain. 【Methods】A total of 120 stroke patients with post-stroke shoulder pain admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to February 2024 were selected. According to random number table method, patients were divided into the observation group (receiving musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided precision interventional therapy combined with massage therapy) and the control group (receiving massage therapy), with 60 cases in each group. The degree of shoulder pain, musculoskeletal color ultrasound index, shoulder joint range of motion, shoulder joint function and upper limb function were compared between the two groups. 【Results】After treatment, the pain analog scale (VAS) scores of both groups were lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and the VAS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the distance from acromion to greater tubercle and the thickness of joint capsule below glenohumeral joint in the two groups were lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and these parameters in the observation group was lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the flexion, extension and extension range of shoulder, the Chinese version of Constant-Murley Shoulder Joint Rating Scale (CMS) score and the simplified Fugl-Meyer Upper Limb Function Rating Scale (FMA-UE) score of the two groups were higher than before treatment (P<0.05), and these scores in the observation group was higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided precise intervention combined with massage in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder pain patients can reduce shoulder pain, reduce musculoskeletal color ultrasound indicators, improve shoulder joint motion, and improve shoulder joint function and upper limb function.
