1例贝伐珠单抗致肺癌患者肠穿孔的病例分析

摘要【目的】分析贝伐珠单抗致肺癌患者胃肠道穿孔(gastrointestinal perforation,GIP)的发生机制、危险因素、预测因子及其治疗措施。【方法】回顾性分析湖北中医药大学附属公安县中医医院收治的1例使用贝伐珠单抗后发生GIP的肺癌患者的临床资料,并查阅相关文献进行分析讨论。【结果】该患者GIP的出现与贝伐珠单抗的使用存在相关性,很可能为贝伐珠单抗导致。【结论】GIP是贝伐珠单抗导致罕见严重不良反应,合并危险因素时,GIP的发生风险增加。对使用贝伐珠单抗的患者应加强监护和随访,以便及时发现和治疗。
