Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate the effect of pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine physical therapy on urine leakage and pelvic floor muscle tension in patients with stress urinary incontinence (SUI). 【Methods】 A total of 86 SUI patients admitted to Yan'an People's Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated with pelvic floor muscle magnetic stimulation, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine warm acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, urine leakage (urine leakage volume in 1 hour urine pad test, urine leakage frequency in 3 days), recurrence, pelvic floor muscle strength, quality of life score, and urodynamic parameters (maximum urine leakage point pressure, initial urinary bladder capacity) were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 88.37%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (69.77%, P<0.05); The pelvic floor muscle strength, pelvic floor class Ⅰ muscle voltage, pelvic floor class Ⅱ muscle voltage and QOL score measured by hand in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The fatigue degree of type Ⅰ muscle fiber and type Ⅱ muscle fiber in the pelvic floor, urine leakage volume in one hour urine pad test, urine leakage frequency in three days, maximum urine leakage point pressure, initial urine desire bladder capacity and other urodynamic parameters were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the recurrence rate of the observation group in the third and sixth months was significantly lower (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion has a significant effect on SUI, which can significantly enhance the pelvic floor muscle strength, improve the urodynamic parameters, improve urine leakage and quality of life, and reduce the recurrence rate.
