Effect of Brain Biofeedback Device Combined with Tandospirone Therapy on Emotional Recovery and Neuroelectrophysiology of Mixed Anxiety and Depression Disorders
Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the effect of brain biofeedback device combined with tandospirone on the emotional recovery of mixed anxiety and depression disorder and neuroelectrophysiology. 【Methods】A total of 106 patients with mixed anxiety and depression in our hospital from February 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random single-blind method, with 53 cases in each group. The control group was given tandospirone, and the observation group was treated with a brain biofeedback device on the basis of the control group, and both were treated for 12 weeks. To compare the efficacy, the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), RCSQ score, neuroelectrophysiological indicators (P3b, P3a, N2 latency and amplitude) levels before treatment, 12 weeks after treatment between the two groups, and count the occurrence of adverse reactions.【Results】The total effective rate of the observation group after 12 weeks of treatment was 92.45% higher than that of the control group 73.58%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after 12 weeks of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The RCSQ scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after 12 weeks of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After 12 weeks of treatment in the observation group, the latency of P3b, P3a, and N2 were all shorter than those of the control group, and the amplitudes were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment period (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】The brain biofeedback device assisted by tandospirone can effectively alleviate the mood disorders of patients with mixed anxiety and depression, and improve the quality of sleep, may be related to the regulation of neuro-electrophysiological functions.
