Abstract:【Objective】 To explore the effect of whole course nursing of cancer pain in pain control and quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer. 【Methods】 A total of 108 patients with cancer pain of advanced lung cancer admitted to the department of hematology and oncology of the 921st Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group (January to December 2019) and observation group (January to December 2020) according to the admission time, with 54 patients in each group. The control group received routine and traditional cancer pain nursing, and the intervention group received the whole process nursing management of pain on this basis. The pain control, quality of life, medication compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. 【Results】The scores of body, role, emotion, society, cognitive function and general health of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of pain, fatigue and insomnia were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The NRS score and the incidence of explosive pain in the observation group were lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The excellent rate of medication compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The whole course nursing of cancer pain can effectively alleviate the pain degree of patients with advanced lung cancer combined with cancer pain, reduce the occurrence of explosive pain, improve the quality of life of patients, and improve the compliance and satisfaction of patients with medication.
