Abstract:【Objective】To explore the effect of early rehabilitation on the recovery of motor function in children with brain injury. 【Methods】 A Total of 49 children with traumatic brain injury with limb dysfunction were treated in our hospital, They were divided into control group (routine rehabilitation training, n=22) and observation group according to whether they were given early rehabilitation treatment (early rehabilitation treatment and routine rehabilitation training, n=27). The motor function scores and activities of daily living scores of children in the two groups were compared at 1 and 3 months of rehabilitation treatment, and the incidence of complications in the process of rehabilitation treatment was compared between the two groups. 【Results】 After 1 month of rehabilitation treatment, there was no significant difference in motor function scores and activities of daily living scores between the two groups (P>0.05); after 3 months of rehabilitation treatment, the scores of motor function and activities of daily living of children in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the rehabilitation treatment for 1 month, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the rehabilitation treatment of children in the observation group was 11.1% (3/27), significantly lower than 34.8% (8/22) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.056,P=0.047<0.05). 【Conclusion】Early rehabilitation treatment can significantly improve motor function and activities of daily living in children with brain injury, and reduce the incidence of complications.
