Abstract:【Objective】 To explore the changes of serum Apelin-12 and AngⅡ in hypertensive patients during induction of general anesthesia, to evaluate their vascular protection, and to provide guidance for the patient's postoperative outcome. 【Methods】 From September 2018 to November 2019, 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic gallbladder surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University were selected. According to whether they had hypertension, they were divided into hypertension group and control group with 40 cases each. The changes of systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), mean arterial pressure (MAP) and ST-T of ECG before and after induction of general anesthesia in each group were recorded. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine the levels of serum Apelin-12 and angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) before and after induction of general anesthesia and related analysis. 【Results】 After induction of general anesthesia, serum Apelin-12 decreased and AngⅡ increased in the hypertensive group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), while there was no significant change in the control group (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 After induction of general anesthesia in hypertensive patients, serum Apelin-12 decreases and AngⅡ increases, suggesting an increased risk of cardiovascular events. Intraoperative precautions should be strengthened to ensure surgical safety.
