Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the analgesic effect of dexmedetomidine combined with ketorolac tromethamine for laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). 【Methods】A total of 120 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were enrolled and divided into 4 groups according to the random number table: the dexmedetomidine group, the ketorolac tromethamine group, the combination group (dexmedetomidine combined with ketorolac Triamcinol) and the control group (saline group), with 30 cases in each group. The pain level (VAS score), sedation (Ramsay score) and stress indicators of the 4 groups were recorded. 【Results】The amount of remifentanil in the combination group was lower than that in the other three groups (P<0.05). At the moment of deflation and extubation, the levels of norepinephrine, cortisol and blood glucose in the combination group were lower than those of the other three groups (P<0.05), while the SOD level in the combination group was higher than that of the other three groups (P<0.05). At 1, 4, 6, 12 and 24h after extubation, the VAS scores in the combination group were lower than those in the other three groups (P<0.05). The Ramsay score in the combination group at 1 and 4 h after extubation was higher than that in the control group, and lower than that in the dexmedetomidine group and ketorolac tromethamine group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The application of dexmedetomidine combined with ketorolac tromethamine in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can reduce the use of opioids while it has a good analgesic effect.
